We worked with Kendall in 2022 having been knocked sideways by Covid! We had a mission… to find a forever home that all of us loved equally.

And boy did we find it! Not only once, but twice!!! We had moved a lot over the years and every house was a compromise for at least one of us - every time! Kendall’s patience and willingness to get to know us and go full out for that extra mile still is something we will be forever grateful for. We first met Kendall when we were looking for an acreage - at least a year before planning to move. With everything that was going on in the world we had to plan carefully and she hung with us all the way. Just as the right time was approaching she found one, it was gorgeous AND she got us in to see it, guided the bid and we got it!!! Thrilled, we waited for the inspection and discovered we couldn’t move forward with the property and learnt very quickly we wouldn’t be able to maintain an acreage. We were absolutely heartbroken, but she picked us up, dusted us down and started the search for something that spoke to what she knew we loved. By then she knew each component everyone was looking for and began her mission to find something as wonderful that didn’t come with the same challenges. She entertained our impulses, punts and pivots. When we finally found one that ticked the boxes, echoing the one we had let go but without the same challenges, she worked her butt off, under incredibly difficult circumstances, and pulled together the whole deal! As if that wasn’t enough, things went sideways on the day of the move (on a stat of all days) what did she do? She rolled her sleeves up and got involved up to her elbows of course!
